For the record I think we SHOULD remember the events of 9/11. Those who say the images are too graphic, that it perpetuates hate, I suppose I can see how you see it that way but the souls we lost that day deserve for us to remember, to mourn. Those images break my heart in a million pieces and make my stomach sick every time i see them, but they help me to appreciate the everyday things in life that most do not even take the time to acknowledge, maybe not intentionally….the hassles and stresses of everyday life can take over, but those people who left for work in an office did not expect to experience such horrific deaths and images. That day changed my life and this country forever, I didnt even know a single person lost but I look at everything with a new POV. It is the most painful things that help us to grow and change. We should remember.
i am ready, i need to move in a positive direction, i can not stay focused on what i dont have, i need to make the things i long for a reality! i need to take baby steps and not get overwhelmed with the enormity of what i face. it is so much to tackle but i think i can do it. i just need to do it bit by bit until i have a strong hold on where i need to be to be satisfied and happy.
Santa was good to me this year in so many ways! I finally have a connection to the outside world #ipodtouch #love
